Introductory Case Study Rates

We are looking for organizations to partner with us on projects that we can use as case studies for future engagements. This offer is contingent on being allowed to post project metrics on our website.

Deliverable

Success metrics customized to your project. Anticipate 10 hours / week, services might include change management, talent program development, staff engagement, and process improvement.

Pricing

  • $75 / hour for the first 3 months or 120 hours
  • $100 / hour for the remainder of the case study project.
  • No more than $150 / hour on future projects.

Leadership Workshops

90-minute, topic-specific workshops for your leadership team. Includes a 15 minute presentation of current best practices in the topic, 60 minutes of facilitated discussion and note-taking, and 15 minutes of action-planning. Prices also include pre-work discussion of which topics to include and post-workshop note distribution.

Deliverable

Access to workshop slides, distribution of meeting notes and action plan. Action plan reminders and accountability check-ins are available for an additional fee.

Change Assessment & Plan

Intensive 2-4 weeks of issue analysis, assessment, and action planning. We will review the challenge your team is facing and the case for change, with assessments of impact and change management readiness. May also include: root-cause analysis, reviewing engagement data, creation and distribution of additional surveys, staff interviews.

Deliverable

Full report includes summary of assessment, suggested success metrics, anticipated areas of resistance, and change management recommendations.
